LG's BIG NIGHT OUT 2006

A night where guitars grind, rock rules and the crowd goes crazy!

TP Events and LG Electronics created the ultimate rock show to launch LG's new product technology and marketing strategies for 2006/7.
LG's BIG NIGHT OUT was attended by 3000 guests across five states in five weeks.

Popular comedian Paul McDermott hosted the show, entertaining the audience with his quick wit and high-energy stage antics.

Legendary rock tunes were performed by The Love Generators, which featured arguably the hottest performers in the country - Bryon Tart (vocals), Joe Accaria (Drums), Cameron Bruce (Keyboards), Serg Dimitrijevic (guitar) and Ralph Marshall (bass guitar); with extraordinary backing vocals courtesy of Danielle Irwin and Renae Berry.

A TP Events crew of 30 (15 travelling / 15 local) re-created a stadium rock show using three 20 x 11 screens, four million pixels of projection, 45 moving lights and a 96-channel audio desk all of which required more than 100,000 watts of power.  The two by 14-metre semi trailers travelled 9500km with 20 tonnes of equipment .

The Air Guitar competition proved to be a major highlight at the shows, with guests showcasing their hidden rock-god skills in front an appreciative audience. From the loud cheers of the crowd, it was clear the show was a huge hit!

The LG Roadshow is an opportunity for LG to thank their retail partners for all their hard work and support of LG throughout the year.

TP Events thanks LG Electronics for the opportunity to produce this event for the sixth year.
